Jim founded Rocky Pond in October of 2002, along with the help of his wife, Mary. He has experience in automotive equipment and is the father of Shane and Nathan. Jim can provide answers for any question and provide affordable service. 

Nathan (Nate) is the youngest son of Jim and Mary. He started working for his father in 2004. Nathan grew up around cars and automotive equipment, so he has the knowledge to fix the problem. Nate was taught directly by his father and is certified by Challenger. He has great communication skills along with quick problem solving.

Shane is the eldest son of the two and is most knowledgeable in keeping things safe and running smoothly. Shane worked for GE (General Electric) for 7 years as the crew manager, then joined the Rocky Pond team in 2011. He has been working with the team ever since.
